This week (2nd – 6th November) was both International Stress Awareness Week and Youth Work Week 2020. Stress is a topic we spend a lot of time discussing in our online Self Management Programme, SMS:CONNECT, for children and young people living with long-term health conditions in Scotland.

Last week we were so pleased to announce that environmental advocate and children’s television presenter Rory Crawford is now a Children’s Health Scotland Ambassador!
